With an interest in holistic health and a passion for learning, Brandon Curry is our Community Outreach Coordinator as well as one of our

Licensed Massage Therapists. Brandon earned his Bachelor of Science in biology and two associate’s degrees in chemistry and liberal arts from Kentucky State University. He is trained in multiple modalities of massage therapy and is also a Certified Yoga Instructor, which further lends to his knowledge of the body. Not to mention, he’s a sports junkie who has played baseball for 7 years and football for 15! Brandon truly believes in the power of chiropractic after witnessing his mother be relieved of excruciating back pain, which medical doctors were treating with prescription pills and injections. He uses his past experiences with injury along with his learned skill to truly connect and understand every patient’s needs. He plans to continue his education by becoming a chiropractor and will be attending Parker University in Dallas, TX. In his free time, Brandon can be found with friends watching the latest sporting event or enjoying some live music amongst the many Chicago venues.

Jennifer Correa is one of our wonderful chiropractic assistants here at Advanced Spine & Sports Care. Majority of the time you will find her

assisting patients on the floor throughout their entire care. Her involvement and knowledge with Chiropractic has grown through out the years and plans to share that knowledge with minority communities. Jennifer is currently finishing up her bachelors degree in Chemistry at UIC. With her interest in overall health and well being, Jennifer plans to continue her education as a Doctor of Chiropractic. Outside of the office, you’ll find her spending quality time with her family and her 3 Yorkies!

Marcy McKenney is the financial coordinator at Advanced Spine and Sports Care.  A Native of Pittsburgh PA, Marcy transferred to Chicago while

working as a retail manager in 2001. After fourteen years in various leadership roles, Marcy decided to leave behind the glamor of the Magnificent Mile and began to pursue ways to help people in a more meaningful way. She brings from her past career a love of service, compassion, and a genuine desire to help people. With over three years of experience in the Chiropractic field, she finds joy and fulfillment in helping patients navigate their way through insurance or finding a manageable and affordable way to finance their care. Outside the office she can be found cycling through the streets of Chicago, committing random acts of kindness, or spending time with her boyfriend Darin and rescue dog Ollie.

Stefany has always known that she wanted to pursue a career that would help others, but it wasn’t until her senior year of college

that she stumbled upon chiropractic. She learned about the importance of chiropractic care studying abroad in Spain while completing a Fulbright Scholarship . She started working as an intern before covid and then became a healthcare worker during a global pandemic. Stefany has a BA in Kinesiology with a concentration in Exercise Science from Cornell College, which has allowed her to be flexible in this field and seamlessly transition from Chiropractic Assistant to Rehabilitation Aide. She’s interested in continuing her studies in the field of Chiropractic. Outside of the office, you will find her having fun on the softball field with her team, or spending quality time with her nephew!

Gigi Arroyo.  Gigi is a Chicago native, mother of 4 chihuahuas, and our licensed massage therapist! Gigi believes in the body’s ability to heal itself.

She utilizes her expertise to create one on one treatment plans to achieve the needs of each individual. Some modalities that she integrates include Swedish, Trigger point, Myofascial, and Deep tissue techniques to assure the body heals to the best of its ability. She loves to share her knowledge about the benefits of massage therapy and chiropractic with her patients, and understands the importance of making each and every patient feel safe on their way to wellness. On her free time Gigi is busy keeping her Chihuahuas out of trouble, watching stand-up comedy, and supporting local artists.

Dan Hartney. My dream growing up was to become a professional baseball player. I stayed very close to that vision until my ambitions changed for

something bigger than myself. There was a growing realization that every aspect of not just my life but the lives of others is part of a greater system. From that point on, I dedicated myself to improving the physical well-being and quality of life through hands-on care. Being a physical rehab therapist has not only heightened the level of my personal pride but it has also strengthened my passion for a long career in this exceptional field. My mission at Advanced Spine & Sports Care will be to get people back to what they love to do and to help their bodies move and function as efficiently as possible.
