Krystal was born in Burbank, IL and she is excited to serve the Chicago land area. With the desire to help people improve their health, being a

chiropractic assistant seemed like the perfect fit! She has been in the industry for 6 years. Always wanting to strive to the best of her ability, she became a Licensed Chiropractic X-ray technician. Providing high quality, friendly and personalized care to every family is her mission. Krystal carries the motto that your greatest wealth is your health. She became especially interested in chiropractic after she suffered with headaches for many years and the adjustments with soft tissue work and physical therapy had been the greatest preventer of the pain. In her free time she loves to play softball and workout and realizes the importance of keeping your body in prime shape to stay in the game and gym longer. Krystal loves how chiropractic has improved her quality of life and wants to serve her community the same way with their health. Angel Castillo. Ángel was born and raised in the south side Chicago neighborhood of Little Village. He attended Morton College where he received
his license in Therapeutic Massage. As a massage therapist, he is always striving to offer the best care for the health and wellness of others. In his free time, Ángel likes to play and watch soccer, travel, has two cats, and someday hopes to be part of the MLS medical team.

Marcy McKenney is the financial coordinator at Advanced Spine and Sports Care.  A Native of Pittsburgh PA, Marcy transferred to Chicago while 

working as a retail manager in 2001. After fourteen years in various leadership roles, Marcy decided to leave behind the glamor of the Magnificent Mile and began to pursue ways to help people in a more meaningful way. She brings from her past career a love of service, compassion, and a genuine desire to help people. With over three years of experience in the Chiropractic field, she finds joy and fulfillment in helping patients navigate their way through insurance or finding a manageable and affordable way to finance their care. Outside the office she can be found cycling through the streets of Chicago, committing random acts of kindness, or spending time with her boyfriend Darin and rescue dog Ollie.

Amy Kenyon is the front desk assistant at Advanced Spine and Sports Care. Her friendly nature and dedication to customer service come

naturally to her after nearly a decade in the beauty industry. She welcomes everyone with a warm smile, and is genuinely happy to help you with anything you may need during your visit. Born in the rural town of Hunter, NY, Amy moved to Chicago in the spring of 2018 to pursue new adventures. She has a passion for healthy living, and truly believes that everyone should prioritize self care. During her time off, Amy can be found photographing the city, biking by the lake, or enjoying some quiet time in a local coffee shop.

Gigi Arroyo.  Gigi is a Chicago native, mother of 4 chihuahuas, and our licensed massage therapist! Gigi believes in the body’s ability to heal itself.

She utilizes her expertise to create one on one treatment plans to achieve the needs of each individual. Some modalities that she integrates include Swedish, Trigger point, Myofascial, and Deep tissue techniques to assure the body heals to the best of its ability. She loves to share her knowledge about the benefits of massage therapy and chiropractic with her patients, and understands the importance of making each and every patient feel safe on their way to wellness. On her free time Gigi is busy keeping her Chihuahuas out of trouble, watching stand-up comedy, and supporting local artists.

Scott Boeckh started his journey studying at Eastern Illinois University where he obtained his Bachelor’s Degree in Kinesiology with a

concentration in Exercise Science. While studying, Scott developed an interest in exercise physiology and psychology which helped him become more knowledgeable in living a healthy lifestyle. Scott has always a passion for sports, particularly basketball. Through his time at EIU, he was able to create a much healthier lifestyle that fostered his goals in the weight room and on the basketball court.

After graduating from EIU, Scott interned with Chicago Sports Institute (CSI) in Northfield, IL where he shadowed strength and performance coaches as they trained athletes during their off-season, specifically to those of high school, collegiate and professional levels. It was there where he learned about the Canadian strength coach Charles Poliquin and how to properly program and periodize for athletes.

Over the years, Scott has created long lasting relationships with his clients and provides services in personal training, sports performance training and nutrition coaching.

Scott has a passion for helping others, whether it’s nutrition counseling, strength and performance training postural and corrective exercise training or even creating healthy lifestyle habits to better manage daily stressors. Scott incorporates a holistic approach to care and believes in creating empathetic relationships with his patients.
