These sure are a pain in the neck!

Headaches, we’ve all experienced them to one degree. They can be sharp and painful, or dull and annoying and arise out of, what seems like, thin air. Well, friends, the answer lies in the bio-mechanics of the neck – they actually found a direct relationship between the amount of restricted neck movement and the severity of the headache. It means that if you are suffering from headaches recently or for a long time, without really figuring out why you’re having them, we may have an answer…Come get checked out!
